Holiday or Seasonal Weddings

These weddings have ideas that are perfect for the time of year they take place, but some of these ideas could be used at other times too.  Switch that up a bit and these ideas could be used for parties during the year that are not weddings.

Let's take a walk thru a year of holiday or seasonal weddings -
first up would of course be
Starting out the year right!

More clocks from Design Plus You

I've highlighted this wedding before, here, here, and here, but did not highlight the clocks they used.
From Green Wedding Shoes
They really have a lot of delightful looks at this wedding.

Fringe wrapped numbers from Ruffled

Noise makers and confetti from Green Wedding Shoes

Confetti and hats!  From Braden Harris

Other ideas from previous posts include
confetti in a matchbox,
confetti garland.

I know these are children, and it's not a wedding, but this is a beautiful backdrop for this lovely day.  From here
FYI - the clock is a piñata.

This Valentine cake comes from The Inspired Bride.  (There are a few more there too.)

Sharing your love story would be so much fun, like this from Hudson Valley Ceremonies

Candles are always lovely, and a votive in sprinkles looks so fun for Valentines Day.
This is also from Hudson Valley Ceremonies, with a few more looks too.

So many fun ideas for this special day can be found at Green Wedding Shoes

Weddings are all about love anyway, so February 14th just might be a fine day for a wedding.
(We were close to it, on the 12th, and it's a great time of year, though we didn't do the Valentine theme.)
From OneWed comes these fun ideas, and more.

Streamers and hearts in Valentine colors from Green Wedding Shoes

And I really like these streamers from Bridal Guide too.

And how about this "over-the-moon balloon" and "larger-than-life paper rose" from BHLDN

More Valentine Weddings can be found at K&K Designs, and Wedding Italian Lakes, and Grey Likes Weddings.

Maybe that special wedding would be filled with luck if it was held on St Patrick's Day.  It would likely be filled with green,.

I wouldn't want to leave out the gold, like this garland and the chargers at Love This Day Events

And Project Wedding shares this clover bouquet and boutonniere ..., and cupcake.

Divine Party Concepts has is a great backdrop for a St. Patrick's Day wedding.

Several more lucky green weddings at Modern Day Events, Pass the Pineapple, and Huff Post Weddings.

Easter often means pastels, but they can be a deep pastel. (does that make sense?)
Just look at that tree - from Pixel & Ink.  And of course I love the glasses!

Maybe it's just SPRING  without the eggs, like this from HERE

But maybe you don't like brown?  Never fear, it looks great in green too.  See more looks at Bravo Bride

From Her Wedding Planner

From Paper Doll Romance

Great colors from Frosted Petticoat

More Easter Weddings from Bride in Dream, Pixel & Ink.

Fireworks for your wedding?  We love the fireworks! This and other sparkling ideas from HERE

This is a lovely red, white, and blue cake and treats are from Jessica Haley

Red, white, and blue décor from Monogram Wedding

There are several photos with sparklers at Wedding by Color

These are great looks, but I still have a hard time thinking I'd wanna be married on this holiday.  But hey, that's one thing that is so awesome about life - everyone is different.  We can agree to disagree, and I disagree with Halloween wedding décor.
I would use these looks for a Halloween party.
This look from Angel Court is pretty.

as is this color combo - more gold than orange

Halloween cakes and foods can be found at Wedding Flowers

Some add purple to their Halloween colors (I kinda like it at times)  From HubPages

Lovely fall colors from Urban Flip Flops

More of these great fall colors from Love by Linda

I love the look of macaroons ..., this board from Penny and Mary is filled with looks I love. (There are a couple more photos there too.)

Look at this cake from Pigeon Forge

A perfect wedding food for this time of year would be pies. From Bates News

and Pillsbury

Or maybe you would save the pies for favors like these from Stefan Sisters

Pie Bar ideas here, and here.

(both will be shown here)
Beautiful poinsettia's of course. From Perfect Wedding Day

Red and white, snowflakes, berries, bulbs, hot cocoa, canes, furs, etc. help to complete a Christmas wedding from Bride Chic

White tree branches and Christmas bulbs from Liz and Ryan

from Wed Loft

Red and white color with pine needles and pine cones help make this look from Classic Creations lovely.

This winter wonderland is from Big Fat Cake

Winter colors from Wed Loft (check out their other looks too)

A couple looks from Design Plus You for the winter wedding

Creating a holiday wedding looks like it could be a lot of fun.
