Pumpkin Pie Bites

This is oh so clever. I think I'll do this sometime. They are pre-cut, individually (and cutely I might add) "wrapped" or "plated", and are very appealing and inviting.
Okay, some might not like the wasted portion of the pie, but sometimes you just gotta kick it up a notch. I think I could find some kids to eat the left overs anyway.
