Pancake Bar

Infused(?) Pancakes

in·fuse (n-fyz)
1. To put into or introduce as if by pouring: infused new vigor into the movement.
2. To fill or cause to be filled with something: infused them with a love of the land.
3. To steep or soak without boiling in order to extract soluble elements or active principles.
4. To flavor or scent (a liquid) by steeping ingredients in it: "He would infuse . . . vegetable oil with the pungent taste of scallions" (Nina Simonds).
5. To introduce (a solution) into the body through a vein for therapeutic purposes.

Ya! I think infused works!
These pancakes are not just the average run of the mill pancakes. They have been infused with yumminess.

Peaches and Cream Pancakes from my kitchen.
I open a bottle of peaches and slice them - right in the jar and in the juice. I pour juice and chopped peaches into the pancake mix and add any water to make it the right consistency. Serve it with syrup or jam and whipped cream.

Pancakes and Eggs from my kitchen.
Mix up a batch of your favorite pancakes.
Pour your pancake batter onto the pan and immediately swirl a hole in the center...

crack and egg into it...
(For extra taste sprinkle some crumbled ham on top of the pancake after adding the egg.)

let it cook, then carefully flip it over...

...flip it quickly but carefully...

let it cook on the second side...

serve with syrup and enjoy...
