I have been thinking about homemade marshmallows ever since my post about S'mores last week. I have made them before and they are good. A bit different than the purchased marshmallows, and to me they are even better, but then, I'm not really a marshmallow fan (except I really like the tiny ones on my buttered popcorn). 'Nuf said!
Here are a few homemade marshmallows to try:

Cut them up in tiny squares for hot chocolate or use small cookie cutters to shape them for the holidays and special occasions.

This next idea uses purchased marshmallows, and I like that, but it could also be done with homemade marshallows too, so it's here in my homemade marshmallow post.
